Do you want to have movie and pizza nights at the library? Do you want to design your own zines or comics? Are you passionate about social justice and environmental issues? Have you always wanted to join a Teen Poetry Slam competition? If so, the library is the place for you!
A Teen Advisory Board (TAB) is a library community leadership club that meets once a month to plan teen programs and events for the library. TAB members decide what they want the teen area to look like and what kinds of programs and events they'd like to have at the library. Teens and tweens can include TAB programs as community volunteer work and being a TAB member looks great on a resume/application!
