Join us for outdoor storytime in the park every Tuesday!

We'll share songs, action rhymes, finger plays, scarf time, bubbles, and stories, just right for caregivers with lap-sitting babies or more independent toddlers and preschoolers. Carpet squares are available, or bring your own blanket! 

When storytime ends, stay and play, and come inside to check out books from the library! This event is weather-permitting and may be cancelled due to rain or poor air quality.

                    
Spanish Storytime in the Park / La Hora del Cuento en Español
Weekly every Thursday, 11:00a - 11:30a

Every Thursday babies, children, and caregivers are invited to join native Spanish-speaker and seasoned performer Ingrid Pelligrini for 30 minutes of Spanish Storytime, complete with stories, songs, rhymes, puppets, and guitar accompaniment!

This is an excellent opportunity for families to introduce or broaden Spanish comprehension and supplement language skills in the context of song and story. 

Carpet squares are available or bring your own blanket! Remember to wear sunscreen and bring a sun hat for you and your little ones. This event is weather permitting and may be cancelled if it is raining or poor air quality.

Second Saturdays Family Storytime & Art in the Library
Monthly every 2nd Saturday, 2:00p - 3:30p                                               
Children's Room, Sausalito Public Library, 420 Litho Street

Come inside the library every 2nd Saturday for an afternoon of art and story in the Children's Room! We'll share storytime for ages 0-5+, and open art project time for all ages. We'll always have different project options available for toddlers and older children. 

In Harmony Music and Movement

Every 3rd Friday of the month In Harmony Music brings free Family Classes in the park! The emphasis is on fun! You and your children will grow a strong bond through singing, dancing, clapping, bouncing, and other activities! So much more than a music class, In Harmony Music's Together Family Class fosters developmental benefits that will support all areas of learning. So come sing, wiggle and jam with your little ones! Great for babies, toddlers, and preschoolers ages 0-5 years.

Soul4Kidz Music 
Monthly every 1st Friday, 11:00a - 12:00p

Every 1st Friday Soul4Kidz performs music in the park for babies, toddlers, preschoolers, and families! Sing along and dance to soulful twists on children's songs like Baby Shark, the Wheels on the Bus, I'm A Little Teapot, Happy, You Are My Sunshine, Three Little Birds, and many more! Great for babies, toddlers, and preschoolers ages 0-5 years.
