Pika Books is a way for library patrons to request books that are not available in our MARINet or LINK+ Catalogs.

Requirements:

• You must have a MARINet library card in good standing.
• You must live in the 94965 zip code.
• You may request one item at a time. 
• You may only request items that are not currently in the MARINet or LINK+ catalogs.
• The cost must be under $50 for US items or $75 for foreign items or textbooks.
• In order to request another Pika Book, you must return the one you have.
• No pre-order items.

How to Order a Pika Book:

Step 1: Fill out the Pika Book request form.

Step 2: We will add the book to our system and place a hold on it for you.

Step 3: When the book arrives, we will process it then place it on the hold shelf for you to pick up.

Step 4: When you have returned your Pika Book, you may request another one.
