Join us on Friday, March 22 at 6:00 p.m. for a screening and discussion of Iranian director Abbas Kiarostami's filmTen (2002, 1h, 34m). The film follows ten conversations between a recently divorced cab driver in Tehran, Iran and her passengers. The intimate film brings us into each character’s life and everyday struggles two decades following the Iranian revolution. Dr. Hossein Khosrowjah, a film scholar and Art History professor at Saint Mary’s College, will guide us through the film, talk about Abbas Kiarostami's award-winning cinematic style and answer questions. Snacks and refreshments will be provided.
