SESSION 1: The Acquisition Process: This session will delve into the initial stages of acquiring a company, focusing on Nikita's recent purchase of a breadstick company Evia Worldwide. She'll cover how to work with brokers, navigate the escrow process and research  the company's market analysis, competitive landscape, and the operational assessment. The goal of this session is to walk away with an understanding of the acquisition process and the critical steps involved in successfully buying a company.
