Please join presenter Lowell Kepke for this HICAP (Health Insurance Counseling & Advocacy Program) seminar that offers free and unbiased information about people’s Medicare benefits. On February 7, we will discuss Part A, Part B, Part D, Medicare Supplement Plans and Medicare Part C, or Advantage Plans.  HICAP is the only agency approved by the California Department of Aging to offer these vital programs.  HICAP does not sell insurance.
