Join us to hear author Joel Stratte-McClure discuss his trilogy of "The Idiot and the Odyssey" travel narratives about his 20-year walk around the Mediterranean Sea, illustrated by a photo slideshow. Joel is an American journalist/adventurer who lived in France for more than three decades and has been writing about his global trekking and hiking adventures since the 1970s. His work has taken him to more than 115 countries, and his articles on a variety of subjects have appeared in The International Herald Tribune, Time Magazine, The Times of London, People Magazine and numerous other publications.
