With rain in the forecast over the weekend, the City of Sausalito will open the Edgewater Room in City Hall at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, December 24 to provide emergency shelter to city residents who are in need of a warming facility or have no other option for indoor sleeping.

This shelter will remain open until 7:00 a.m. on Monday, December 27. A security guard will be on duty at all hours that the shelter is open, and social distancing and mask wearing guidelines will be in effect.

The Edgewater Room is located in the Recreation Department on the lower level of Sausalito City Hall at 420 Litho Street.
